It's Mental Health Awareness week next week and I promised I'd try to do something to reduce the stigma of Mental health this year. So here's a video about my personal experience of mental health which the Mental Health Foundation are using for their campaign this year. More than 4,000 people a night have been sleeping rough on England's streets, a 16% increase on last year that’s without people who sofa surf with friends.
